Since November 2022 till now, Mobikk has served as the Business Consultant for Taj Gold group, spearheading a transformative journey in sales and marketing. Our comprehensive approach involved analyzing business dynamics, crafting and implementing robust sales and marketing strategies, developing data-driven marketing initiatives, and creating a distinct brand identity. Upon joining Taj Gold, the business operated within traditional confines, with 5 stores in Tehran and 3 in other cities of Iran. Notably, there was a lack of online sales and product data. Our first strategic move was to establish a data collection system and acquire an RFM-based analytical tool, enabling in-depth analysis of products and customer behavior.

These bespoke bags became a symbol of our brand, captivating customers and setting Taj Gold apart from competitors.
Our commitment to prioritizing Taj Gold customers manifested in the meticulous design of our packaging. The exterior exudes simplicity with a crown pattern, resembling a real-world minimalist style. However, upon unveiling the packaging, customers are transported into a magical world inside the crown. This vibrant world, inspired by Iranian cubism, is a celebration of joy and freedom. It serves as a reminder of the beauty within, reflecting the idea that a colorful and beautiful inner world contributes to a happier and more beautiful external world.
